- Unison Label eGift Cards (eGift Cards) are available for amounts between $25 and $500.
- Please treat eGift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen eGift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, eGift Cards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed for purchases online or in store at any Unison Label Australia store, excluding Unison Label Australia concession stores (MYER and David Jones).
- E-gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment, when used in conjunction with another tender method (excluding Apple pay, Afterpay & ZipPay).
- Purchases made using an e-gift card in conjunction with another tender method will be available for in-store exchange or alternatively, a refund can be processed. The refund amount will be processed back to the gift card first, prior to the secondary payment method.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
- eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
- eGift Cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
- If an incorrect pin is entered three times, the gift card will be automatically locked for 24 hours. Should this occur, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
